All properties on BugsVille are for rent — there are no permanent purchases. When your lease expires, the property goes back on the market for others to claim.

1-Week Lease

Each rental lasts exactly one week. You can renew your lease at any time via the mailbox on your property before it expires.

Limited Availability

There is a finite number of properties across the islands. When every plot is rented, you'll need to wait for one to become available.

Customize Your Plot

Place buildings from The Architect and scatter furniture across your property. Each plot has a decoration limit — plan your layout wisely.

Finding Properties
Look for the pink "For Sale" signs on the in-game map. Interact with the sign to see the price and confirm your rental. Once rented, you manage the property through a mailbox that appears on site.
Fast Travel
Your rented property doubles as a fast travel point. Open the map, click your property icon, and teleport directly there — no drive required.
Lease Expiry Warning

If your lease expires without renewal, all buildings and decorations on the property are permanently lost and their value will not be refunded. Keep an eye on your expiry date and renew early via the mailbox.
