Report a Glitch
BQA: Incident Intake Desk
Potholes on the website work the same way as potholes on Route 7. Somebody has to report them before the road crew can fill them in. File the details here and the Bureau of Quality Assurance takes it from there: every report gets a tracking number, an inspector, and a place in the registry until it is fixed.
A clerk is checking the register.
What makes a report the inspectors can use
- Name the street. Tell us which page it happened on and what you clicked to get there.
- Say what you expected and what the city gave you instead. “The button does nothing” beats “it is broken”.
- Photograph the pothole. One screenshot saves an inspector an hour of squinting.
